Terms and Conditions for Workshops
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if you are unable to attend.
In the event that White Heather Florals cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a full refund.
White Heather Florals is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshops.
We do not accept liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in our events.
Our workshops are adult only events.
Workshops are held in Burton Manor glasshouse. Glasshouses can get hot and humid in hot weather. Appropriate clothing should be worn.
In extreme weather (such as extreme heat or cold), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event for safety reasons.
If you have any allergies (e.g., bees, pollen), medical conditions, or accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking.
We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please let me know.
